Diesel Injector Testing
We test common rail injectors & carryout repairs in house.
In some cases we will be unable to repair injectors (depending on what is not working) or it may be cheaper to have a reconditioned unit due to the time it would take to carry out the repair.
- Injector repairs come with a 12 month warranty providing the fuel lines have been cleaned & there is no fuel contamination.
- A print out of the test plan is provided as long as the injector is intact.
- The test costs £15.00 + VAT per injector.
- If you need us to remove the injectors to carry out the test we charge labour to do this according to where they are & what needs to be removed to access the injectors.
- PD injectors ( Pumpe Duse) can be sent away for testing. This will take 4-5 working days. Please ask for a price.
